Required Fees

Application Fee: $40 per adult applicant

Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) Fee (Monthly): $2.50

Water/Sewer Billing (Monthly): this community utilizes a ratio utility billing system (RUBS), which allocates water and sewer charges based on apartment size and the number of occupants in each home.

Optional Fees

Pet Fee (Move-in, one time): $300 per household

Pet Rent (Monthly): $35 per pet, two (2) pets maximum

Washer/Dryer Rental (Monthly): $75 per set

Security Deposit

Fully Approved Applicants: $500, refundable

Applicants Approved with Conditions: $1,200, refundable
